Working at Cox Construction means being an important part of a cohesive team. We know that there is no substitute for the experience our employees, who know their jobs best. Skills and ideas are shared at all levels, and everyone contributes to our goal of building quality roads.

Our company employs nearly 150 people; most are skilled in several areas of the industry. Many of our employees have long service records, and 19 have celebrated 25 years with Cox Construction.

We have an outstanding safety record because we are vitally interested in the health and safety of our employees, and every effort is made to maintain a safe workplace. Ongoing staff training and equipment maintenance ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that employees work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.

We are proud to have been the recipient of 16 different safety awards, including the Ontario Road Builders' Association's H.T. Routley Memorial Award for 100,000 man-hours with no lost-time accidents.
